Eat warm food

Maintain an optimum temperature for better digestion and helps metabolise foods well.
Too cold or too hot can upset the temperature balance and slow down the digestive process.
Avoid too much raw or cold food or cold drinks during mealtime

Eat in moderation

Overeating lead to food stagnation in our body.
